Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Chips

Crispy and cheesy cottage cheese chips made in the air fryer for a delicious, healthier snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the air fryer basket with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  4. Air fry the shaped chips for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
