Cottage Cheese Chips

These Cottage Cheese Chips are crispy, flavorful, and a healthy twist on snacking. A perfect guilt-free treat that satisfies cravings!

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the cottage cheese, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, mixed herbs, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in thin circles.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously on top of each chip.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite dips or on their own!

Notes

For extra flavor, let the cottage cheese mixture sit for 10 minutes before baking. For added crunch, flip the chips halfway through baking.
