Easy Blackstone Griddle Shrimp Tacos

Delightful shrimp tacos cooked on a Blackstone griddle, combining perfectly seasoned shrimp, crispy tortillas, and zesty slaw.

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking
  • 12 street-size corn tortillas
  • 8 oz tartar sauce
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 cup slaw or shredded lettuce
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the shrimp under cold water using paper towels.
  2. Toss the shrimp with Old Bay seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  4. Drizzle vegetable oil over the griddle once it’s hot.
  5. Lay the seasoned shrimp on the griddle in a single layer.
  6. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes until pink and opaque.
  7. Heat corn tortillas on low heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  8. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp in a warmed tortilla, adding tartar sauce, sriracha, and slaw.
  9. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
