A wholesome twist on cookie dough made with Greek yogurt, perfect for indulging without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Greek yogurt
  • 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla, cookie dough, or unflavored)
  • 20 grams peanut butter (creamy)
  • Sweetener of choice, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients by adding 180 grams of Greek yogurt to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the protein powder, mixing until well combined.
  3. Mix in 20 grams of peanut butter until everything is creamy.
  4. Add your preferred sweetener gradually, tasting as you go.
  5. Fold in 1 teaspoon of chocolate chips gently.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes if you have time to enhance flavors.
  7. Dig in and enjoy your delicious cookie dough!

Notes

For a thicker consistency, strain your yogurt for a few minutes. Enjoy with fruit or as an ice cream topping.
