Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

A delightful wrap filled with juicy grilled chicken, crispy lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, crunchy croutons, and Parmesan cheese, all wrapped in a cozy tortilla.

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large lettuce leaves (romaine or kale)
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a splash of olive oil.
  2. Heat the grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken: Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Slice and set aside: Allow the chicken to rest before slicing it into strips.
  5. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves to avoid sogginess.
  6. Toss the lettuce with Caesar dressing in a large bowl until nicely coated.
  7. Warm the tortillas in the microwave or on the grill.
  8. Layer the tortilla with dressed lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Wrap it up tightly to enclose all the ingredients.
  10. Slice in half at an angle for presentation and enjoy fresh.

Notes

Wraps can be stored for 1-2 days in the fridge. For best taste, avoid sogginess by keeping dressing separate until ready to serve.
