  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pink/red sprinkles or extra crushed strawberries (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Make sure your cream cheese is softened.
  2. Mix the creamy base: In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Incorporate the sweetness: Add the honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Blend in the powders: Gradually add in the vanilla protein powder and oat flour, folding in gently.
  5. Add your strawberries: Fold in the crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Form the balls: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  7. Chill out: Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
