Autumn Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad that captures the essence of fall, perfect for gatherings and cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • Juice from 1/2 Lemon
  • Juice from 1/2 Orange
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Red Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Purple Grapes
  • 1 1/2 Cups Blackberries (about 6 oz package)
  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 Cup Pecans

Instructions

  1. Wash all your fruits thoroughly.
  2. Cut the grapes in half and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, removing the core.
  3. Mix the juice of 1/2 lemon, juice of 1/2 orange, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  4. Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  5. Throw in the red grapes, purple grapes, blackberries, and diced apples in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold using a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the pecans on top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes if desired.

Notes

For a pop of green, add a sprig of mint on top before serving. You can modify the fruit types or add nuts as per your preference.
