Easy Spiced Peach Bread

A delightful bread infused with ripe peaches and warm spices, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or parchment paper.
  3. Mix the butter and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one by one and mix, then add vanilla.
  5. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  7. Fold in the diced peaches gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
