Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate your zucchini finely and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  7. Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
  8. Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
