Keto Piña Colada

A low-carb tropical escape, the Keto Piña Colada maintains all the delicious flavors of the classic drink while being keto-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free pineapple juice or syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Sugar-free sweetener to taste
  • Pineapple slices and/or cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Blend the coconut milk, sugar-free pineapple juice, and rum if using until well mixed.
  3. Sweeten to taste with sugar-free sweetener and blend again.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple slices or cherries.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk. You can also freeze some coconut milk in ice cube trays for a frosty drink.
