  • ¾ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by peeling your ripe banana and measuring out your blueberries.
  2. Add the banana, blueberries, ice, and almond or oat milk to your blender.
  3. Blend on high until everything is smooth, usually about 30-45 seconds.
  4. Taste your smoothie and add more honey if needed, then blend again.
