Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

A delicious, health-packed smoothie that blends the rich flavors of cheesecake with the nutritional benefits of a protein shake.

Ingredients

  • 140 grams frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 7 grams sugar-free cheesecake JELLO mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 handful of ice (optional)
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen blueberries to a blender.
  2. Next, scoop in your fat-free cottage cheese.
  3. Toss in your scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  4. Add the sugar-free cheesecake JELLO mix.
  5. Pour in the unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  6. If using, toss in a handful of ice.
  7. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the sweetness as needed based on your taste preferences. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
