  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 10 ounces canned Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by softening the cream cheese.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.
  4. Spice it up by adding the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Incorporate the drained Rotel tomatoes and green chilies.
  6. Finish with the sliced green onions and chopped herbs.
  7. Transfer the dip mixture to a serving bowl and chill for at least an hour.
  8. Serve it up with your favorite chips, veggies, or toasted baguette slices.

Notes
