Cold Pepperoncini Dip

A creamy and zesty dip perfect for parties and gatherings, inspired by nostalgic family memories.

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pepperoncini, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by bringing it to room temperature.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped pepperoncini, lemon juice, and garlic powder; stir until well combined.
  4. Herb it up by folding in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
  6. Serve in a bowl, garnished with parsley and paired with veggies or crackers.
