Crack Dip

A creamy, cheesy dip packed with bacon and tangy flavors, perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked bacon (crumbled)
  • 1.5 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ounce packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl using a hand mixer or spatula until smooth.
  3. Add the crumbled bacon and ranch seasoning mix, folding gently until evenly distributed.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mixing just enough to combine.
  5. Fold in the sliced green onions until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  6. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with chips, fresh veggies, or baguette slices.

Notes

Letting the dip chill enhances the flavors, and feel free to top with extra green onions or crispy bacon bits before serving.
