Creamy High-Protein Pool Dip

A delicious dip packed with protein, perfect for summer gatherings by the pool.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz. cottage cheese (blended)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz. Rotel (mild)
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese. Use a whisk or spatula to blend until smooth.
  2. Mix in the cheese: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well-distributed.
  3. Spice it up: Add in the Rotel, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine.
  4. Chill: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, sprinkle reserved cheddar cheese on top, cover, and let chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Grab dippable delights and enjoy your creamy dip!

Notes

Chilling the dip allows flavors to meld. This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
