  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pineapple: Open the can of crushed pineapple and pour it into a fine-mesh strainer. Let it drain for about 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the cream cheese: In a mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese. Use an electric mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the pudding mix: Next, sprinkle in the vanilla instant pudding mix and continue mixing.
  4. Incorporate pineapple and whipped topping: Gently fold the drained crushed pineapple into the mixture and then add the whipped topping.
  5. Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
