Roasted Kohlrabi

A simple yet delicious roasted kohlrabi dish that’s packed with flavor and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi, peeled and cubed
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the kohlrabi by peeling and chopping it into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Season the kohlrabi with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Roast in a single layer on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

Notes

For extra crispiness, turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn.
