  • 8 Tostada Shells
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Warm the refried beans in a saucepan with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the tostada shells in the oven until crispy and golden.
  4. Build the tostadas by spreading warm refried beans, followed by shredded chicken and your favorite toppings.
  5. Finish with sour cream, salsa, avocado slices, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes
