Croziflette au Cookeo

A cozy comfort dish combining rich flavors and creamy goodness, inspired by the traditional French tartiflette.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g Crozets (square-shaped pasta)
  • 200g Crème fraîche épaisse
  • 200g Fromage (Reblochon or similar)
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 150g Lardons (bacon)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse your crozets under cold water to remove excess starch.
  2. Chop your onion finely, and cut the lardons into small pieces.
  3. In your Cookeo, select the “Sauté” mode.
  4. Add the lardons and let them cook for about 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Toss in the chopped onion and continue cooking for another 4 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
  6. Stir in the rinsed crozets, mixing well to combine.
  7. Pour in the crème fraîche and stir to coat the pasta and meat evenly.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Slice the Reblochon cheese into generous chunks and place them on top of the mixture.
  10. Close the lid of your Cookeo and select the “Pressure Cook” setting for 10 minutes.
  11. Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes before doing a quick release.
  12. Gently stir everything together, ensuring the cheese is melted.
  13. Spoon the Croziflette into serving bowls and sprinkle with chives.

Notes

This dish pairs well with a green salad and crusty bread. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and ingredients for a personal touch.
