Easy Homemade Fresh Peach Salsa

A deliciously easy fresh peach salsa, perfect for summer gatherings and cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb. fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 large Roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, minced (seeds removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice from 1 large lime
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper, more to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the peaches: Begin by washing your fresh peaches. Slice them in half and remove the pit. Dice them into small cubes, about 1/2-inch in size.
  2. Prepare the other ingredients: Dice the Roma tomato and red onion, and mince the jalapeño (remove the seeds if you want it milder).
  3. Mix the ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the diced peaches, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  4. Add lime juice: Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
  5. Season: Sprinkle in the salt and black pepper.
  6. Chill and serve: Let your salsa chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
