Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

These delightful mini tarts combine the rich creaminess of cream cheese with the sweetness of fresh peaches, all enveloped in a flaky puff pastry shell.

  • 1 sheet homemade puff pastry
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. Place the pastry squares onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  4. Combine cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl and mash until creamy.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture onto the center of each pastry square.
  6. Arrange peach slices artfully on top.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Best served warm. Dust lightly with powdered sugar for added elegance.
