How to Freeze Peaches

  • Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the peaches by rinsing them under cool water.
  2. Blanch the peaches in boiling water for about 30 seconds.
  3. Cool the peaches in an ice water bath.
  4. Peel and slice the peaches into segments or cubes.
  5. Toss the peach slices in a bowl and drizzle them with lemon juice.

  7. Pack the peach slices into freezer bags or containers.
  8. Freeze the peach slices until solid, usually about 4-6 hours.
