Fresh Summer Fruit Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad that celebrates the flavors of summer with a mix of seasonal fruits and a zesty lime drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Honeydew Melon (cubed)
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe (cubed)
  • 2 Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits by washing strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi under cold water. Slice strawberries and kiwi, and cube honeydew and cantaloupe.
  2. Combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, and kiwi in a large bowl, mixing gently.
  3. Add the chopped mint leaves over the top and drizzle lime juice across the fruit mix.
  4. Gently toss the mixture with clean hands or a wooden spoon until well-coated.
  5. Chill the salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.

Notes

Use ripe, seasonal fruits for the best flavor. Can serve in hollowed-out fruit halves for a unique presentation.
