Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites

Delicious frozen yogurt bites packed with fresh berries, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mixed berries by washing them under cool water and patting them dry.
  2. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into small pieces.
  3. Combine the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  4. Taste your mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  5. Gently fold your prepared berries into the yogurt mixture.
  6. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone molds for easy removal.
  7. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt-berry mixture into each muffin cup and press gently.
  8. Top with granola if desired.
  9. Pop the muffin tin or molds into the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  10. Once frozen, remove the yogurt bites from the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  11. Serve straight from the freezer and enjoy!

Notes

You can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. These bites can also be made with other fruits like mango or pineapple for a tropical twist.
