Hamburger Hash

A comforting and hearty meal that combines tender potatoes, ground beef, and a medley of flavors for a satisfying family feast.

  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and dicing the potatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Cook the potatoes in a skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Sauté the onion in the skillet until softened, then add garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Brown the ground beef in the skillet with paprika, salt, and pepper for 6-7 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Bring everything together and adjust seasoning, letting it meld for a couple of minutes.
  6. Serve in a dish garnished with chopped parsley.
