  • 12 medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp allspice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup oat milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients
  2. Add the frozen bananas to your blender
  3. Scoop in the pumpkin puree
  4. Drop in the medjool dates
  5. Add the almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg/allspice
