  • 3 eggs
  • 100g sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 50g butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the apples by peeling, coring, and slicing them thinly.
  3. Mix the sugar and eggs in a bowl until frothy.
  4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder, gently folding until just combined.
  5. Incorporate the milk and melted butter, stirring until smooth.
  6. Fold in the sliced apples, ensuring they are well-coated.
  7. Prepare your baking pan by greasing it lightly.
  8. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
