Skinny Poolside Dip

A deliciously light and flavorful dip perfect for pool parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 small can Black Olives, diced and drained
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 4 oz Green Chilis, drained
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely diced

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing vegetables finely.
  2. Soften the cream cheese by cutting it into small cubes and beating with a hand mixer.
  3. Mix in the dry ranch dressing mix until combined.
  4. Incorporate the corn, black olives, red bell pepper, green chilis, and jalapeño.
  5. Season to taste with additional ranch mix, salt, and pepper.
  6. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve the dip in a bowl, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

This dip can be made a day in advance for even better flavor. It can be served with crunchy veggies, tortilla chips, crackers, or bread slices.
