  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup real bacon bits
  • 810 chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients together on the kitchen counter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer or a spatula to beat the softened cream cheese until it’s creamy and smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream to the bowl and blend it with the cream cheese until fully combined.
  4. Gradually fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Now, gently toss in the bacon bits and finely chopped chives along with the garlic powder.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture into a serving dish and smooth out the top.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top for a gooey finish.
  8. Once it’s ready, serve it alongside your favorite chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes
