  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Mix the cooled coffee, heavy cream, almond milk, erythritol, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  3. Add ice cubes to the mixture and blend until frothy and smooth.
  4. Taste the frappuccino, adjusting sweetness or creaminess as desired.
  5. Serve the frappuccino in your favorite cup, optionally topping with whipped cream and additional sweetener.

Notes
