Easy Asian Cucumber Salad

A refreshing blend of tangy, savory, and slightly sweet flavors, perfect for summer meals or as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Mini Cucumbers
  • Soy Sauce
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Sesame Oil
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Sugar
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Green Onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumbers into rounds, half-moons, or spears.
  2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the sliced cucumbers with the dressing in a large mixing bowl until well coated.
  4. Top with sesame seeds and green onions before serving, mixing gently.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast sesame seeds in a dry skillet before adding them to the salad.
