  • 2 cups diced red apples
  • 2 cups diced green apples
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Wash and peel the carrots if needed, then shred them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the Apples: Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces and toss them in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. Mix in the Dried Cranberries and Mandarins: Add cranberries and mandarin oranges into the bowl.
