  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 12 tablespoons stevia or erythritol (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the mint leaves and pitting the avocado.
  2. Blend the almond milk and avocado on high until silky smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cocoa powder and mint leaves, then blend until incorporated and mint is finely chopped.
  4. Sweeten the mixture to taste with stevia or erythritol and blend again.
  5. Chill the smoothie by adding ice and blending until frosty and thick.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding a pinch of sea salt for flavor.
  7. Serve in a tall glass, garnished with fresh mint or cocoa powder if desired.
