  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Add your pumpkin puree to the blender.
  3. Peel and break your banana into chunks, then add it.
  4. Measure out one cup of almond milk and pour it in.
  5. Scoop in the vanilla protein powder.
  6. Add the pumpkin pie spice.
  7. Drizzle in the maple syrup if using.
  8. Add ice cubes for chilling.
