Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A creamy smoothie that captures the warm, spicy flavors of traditional pumpkin pie, perfect for fall.

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Blend the pumpkin puree and banana until smooth.
  3. Add in Greek yogurt and blend again.
  4. Pour in almond milk while blending to reach desired consistency.
  5. Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup, then blend until smooth.
  6. Ice it, if desired, by adding ice cubes and blending again.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices as necessary.
  8. Serve in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of milk. Top with whipped cream or granola for presentation.
