A delicious and comforting Jalapeno Popper Dip that’s perfect for gatherings, featuring creamy cheeses and zesty jalapenos.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite chips, veggies, or toasted bread slices.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, you can skip the bacon and use Greek yogurt to substitute the cream cheese.
