Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar

  • 3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  • ½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 peaches (halved and pits removed)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)
  • Yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Caramel syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Slice peaches in half and remove the pits.
  2. Make Your Cinnamon Sugar Mix: In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Sprinkle the Mixture: Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mix over the cut sides of the peaches.
  4. Grill the Peaches: Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip and Grill Again: Carefully flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve It Up: Remove peaches from grill and let cool before serving.
  7. Add Toppings: Top peaches with yogurt or ice cream and drizzle with caramel syrup.

Notes

For extra decoration, sprinkle chopped nuts or fresh mint on top before serving.
