No-Bake Peaches and Cream

A delightful summer dessert featuring juicy peaches and a rich, creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 package of graham crackers or shortbread cookies

Instructions

  1. Slice the peaches in half, remove the pit, and cut them into evenly sized slices.
  2. Pour in your heavy cream into a large mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Add in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest as you whip.
  4. Prepare your serving dish with layers of graham crackers, whipped cream, and peach slices.
  5. Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Sprinkle with peach slices and powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time and is even better after a few hours in the fridge.
