  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups snap peas
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Slice your pork tenderloin and bell pepper. Remove the ends from the snap peas.
  2. Marinate the Pork: In a bowl, combine the sliced pork, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic. Toss to coat and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat Your Pan: Place a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  4. Cook the Pork: Add the marinated pork in a single layer to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Add the Veggies: Once the pork is browned, add the sliced bell pepper and snap peas and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Final Touches: Taste your stir-fry and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding red pepper flakes if you like heat.
  7. Serve it Up: Transfer your stir-fry to a serving dish and serve over rice or noodles.
