Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

A cozy and delightful Pumpkin Spice Smoothie that encapsulates the essence of autumn in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend the pumpkin puree, banana, and almond milk in your blender. Add maple syrup if using, and blend on low speed, moving to high until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Blend again for about 10-15 seconds until mixed.
  3. Incorporate a handful of ice cubes and blend until crushed and the smoothie is frosty.
  4. Pour into a glass and top with cinnamon, maple syrup, or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, freeze your banana beforehand. If you want more spice, feel free to add more pumpkin pie spice to taste.
