  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
  5. Bring the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and fragrant.
