  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by letting the cream cheese sit out for 30-60 minutes and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Make the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Combine cream cheese and marshmallow fluff in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the whipped cream gently, folding to maintain fluffiness.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling, cascading over the edges.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
