Refreshing No-Bake Lemonade Pie

A refreshing, no-bake dessert perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your crust – If you’re using a pre-made graham cracker crust, place it on a serving plate. You can slightly toast it for added crunch! If making your own, crush about 1 ½ cups of graham crackers and mix with ½ cup of melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into a pie dish.
  2. Mix the filling – In a large bowl, combine the thawed lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well blended. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. Assemble the pie – Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  4. Chill out – Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or ideally overnight.
  5. Garnish before serving – Before serving, slice your lemons and adorn the top with lemon slices and perhaps mint leaves.

Notes

This pie can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It’s best served fresh.
