Easy No-Bake Peach Yum Yum

A nostalgic and simple dessert featuring layers of creaminess, peachy goodness, and graham cracker crumbs.

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 package (3 oz) peach gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix well until all crumbs are coated.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Dissolve the peach gelatin in the boiling water in a separate bowl; stir until completely dissolved.
  6. Add the drained sliced peaches to the gelatin mixture.
  7. Pour the peach gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, or until set.

Notes
