Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon

Delightful grilled peaches sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Ice cream (for serving)
  • Caramel sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Prepare the peaches by slicing them in half and removing the pit.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar generously over the cut side of each peach half.
  5. Grill the peaches cut side down for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm, topped with ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Notes

For a lovely presentation, plate in a shallow bowl. Feel free to add crushed nuts or extra cinnamon sugar for texture.
