One-Pan Honey Garlic Kielbasa & Veggies

  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping bell peppers and onion, and slicing kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the pan by adding olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
  3. Sauté the sliced kielbasa for about 5-7 minutes until golden and sizzling.
  4. Toss in the chopped onion and bell peppers, cooking for another 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Create the sauce by whisking together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and veggies, stirring to combine.
