Ultimate Peach Smoothie

A refreshing and comforting peach smoothie that brings summer memories to life.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 12 oz Milk or Almond Milk
  • 35 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by ensuring frozen peaches are ready and slicing fresh peaches if using.
  2. Add the frozen peaches, oats, banana, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and your choice of milk into the blender.
  3. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Give it a chill by adding more ice cubes if necessary and blend again.
  6. Pour into your favorite glass and garnish if desired.

Notes

Add spinach for extra nutrients or experiment with different fruits for variety.
