Easy Peach Sorbet

A refreshing summer treat made with ripe peaches, sugar, and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prep the peaches by peeling and dicing them. Set aside.
  2. Blend the diced peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender until smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill the mixture in a shallow container in the freezer for about two hours.
  5. Scrape the mixture with a fork to create a fluffy texture and serve in bowls or cones.

Notes

Consider garnishing with fresh mint or a slice of peach for presentation. Can substitute water with peach juice or coconut milk for variations.
