A creamy and nutritious Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie that brings warmth and comfort to your morning routine.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (or quick oats)
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel and freeze bananas the night before.
  2. Measure the oats: Add 1/2 cup of oats to the blender.
  3. Add the frozen bananas next.
  4. Scoop in the peanut butter.
  5. Pour in the milk.
  6. Sweeten it up with maple syrup.
  7. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and flaxseed.
  8. Blend until smooth.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
  10. Serve in a glass or bowl and garnish as desired.
